48 hours before the scheduled delivery, Neri sends the message on WhatsApp; if it is not delivered within a few minutes, a standard SMS is sent.

Real driver only Do not enter logistics, traffic office or company contact numbers.

With the driver's mobile number
  • the driver receives the message with the personal link;
  • the driver can complete registration before arrival;
  • the driver can move the time or check in early when the previous slot is free.
